I <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">monoinsaturi e polinsaturi<\/span><\/strong> sono grassi insaturi. Semplice vero? Come tutte le cose vanno consumati con moderazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>I grassi monoinsaturi<\/strong> sono principalmente contenuti negli oli vegetali come olio di oliva e olio di arachidi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>I grassi polinsaturi<\/strong> sono molto importanti quelli che contengono omega 3 contenuti nel pesce come salmone, semi di lino, noci e frutta secca in genere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Se volessimo demonizzare i grassi saturi come responsabili del colesterolo da oggi sapete quali cibi li contengono. Si capisce che se come grassi saturi totali siamo sugli stessi livelli. Anche se 100 grammi di nutella contengono il doppio dei grassi contenuti in 100 grammi di mozzarella.<\/p>\n<p>Quindi se abbiamo stabilito che i grassi insaturi sono quelli buoni quelli necessari alle nostre funzioni vitali e concesso che i grassi saturi sarebbero da evitare dovremmo preoccuparci un p\u00f2 anche dei micronutrienti. Perch\u00e8 ridurre il tutto alle calorie, ai carboidrati, ai grassi ed alle proteine non basta si dovrebbe altres\u00ec conoscere il valore anche dei micronutrienti.<\/p>\n<p>Per capire la differenza tra macronutrienti e micronutrienti possiamo dire che se i grassi o lipidi totali sono i nostri macronutrienti i macronutrienti sono i grassi saturi, insaturi (poli e mono).
