Anche se in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dietaediete.it\/blog\/software-per-nutrizionisti\/\">LC Dieta 3.0<\/a> su richiesta di alcuni nutrizionisti abbimo inserito il trattamento dell&#8217;indice glicemico<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019 IG pu\u00f2 variare a seconda del grado di maturazione di un alimento, della cottura, del soggetto.
